How quickly can you schedule my photos, and how quickly will I see them?
We make every effort to schedule the photos as quickly as you need them; usually within 2 – 3 days. Once the photos are taken, we strive to give you the finished product within 1 business day.
What if I need the photos taken outside of normal business hours?
We are happy to work with your schedule; whether it’s simply for a more convenient time or if you’d like special lighting, such as in the evening or at sunset.
What do we tell the homeowner about this process?
We want your clients to feel comfortable and confident that you are entrusting us with this valuable step of the selling process. First, we will schedule the photo shoot when convenient, even directly with them if you wish. Second, we will provide a Photo-Ready Checklist to help them prepare the home. Not only does this list remind them of things to do (and lets us be the “bad guy,” not you), it also can point out what not to overthink. Finally, we will treat their property with the greatest respect.
